These Terms apply to purchases made through the ToolParcel payment hub. ToolParcel is the public seller and operator brand for the ToolParcel products listed here.
Products and charges
Grant Agreement Decoder is offered at US$9 as a one-time purchase for one advanced document analysis. Monthly Docs Radar is a recurring SaaS product offered at US$9 per month for firms with up to 30 active clients. The checkout page identifies the product, price, and billing type before payment.
Payment provider
Live payments are not currently active. When Paddle payments are activated, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Acceptable use and product limits
You must use the products lawfully and provide information you are entitled to use. Product outputs and workflow tools are informational aids. They are not accounting, financial, tax, or legal advice and do not replace professional judgment.
Monthly Docs Radar stores account and workflow metadata necessary to provide its service. It does not store financial documents. Firms may link to their own third-party secure upload destinations.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, secure, or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material purchase terms shown at checkout apply to that order.
Cancellation, refunds, and mandatory rights
Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled through the process made available by Paddle after live payment activation. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not itself promise a refund for a completed charge. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable buyer terms and process, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
