This policy explains how ToolParcel handles personal information on the ToolParcel payment hub. The hub currently provides public product, policy, and support information and does not accept payments.
Information handled by this site
Our web server may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, requested page, browser information, timestamp, and security or error logs. If you contact support, we process the contact details and message you choose to send so we can respond.
Payment information
No payment details can currently be entered on this site. When live checkout is added, Paddle will process checkout and payment information as Merchant of Record under its own privacy notice. ToolParcel will receive only the transaction and buyer information needed to administer the applicable product, support the buyer, and meet legal obligations.
Product data
This shared payment hub does not store Grant Agreement Decoder documents or Monthly Docs Radar workflow data. Each product publishes its own product-specific privacy information. Monthly Docs Radar does not store financial documents.
Use, sharing, and retention
We use information to operate and secure the service, answer support requests, administer purchases after activation, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information. We may use infrastructure and payment service providers only as needed for those purposes. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose and applicable obligations.
Your choices
